After over 10 years serving in vocational ministry overseas, Michelle joined our company in January 2020. Michelle quickly stepped in to revamp our client service procedures for bereaved spouses and beneficiaries, and soon became a licensed life & health insurance agent to enable her to help the families of our clients more efficiently.
In addition to the above role, she now is our insurance operations manager, overseeing the administrative role of processing applications and paperwork for all annuity and life insurance needs. Michelle enjoys working with clients as a liaison between them and their advisor to further explain their specific accounts to both them and their families, ensuring that each client is comfortable and well-informed for every financial decision.
Michelle loves travelling and spending time with her four nieces and nephew. She and her husband, Jeremey, enjoy exploring new places and foods, serving and playing/singing music together at their church, and hosting friends and family in their home often.
